The Right Tool for the Job
Custom laser engraving on almost any material
An Epilog 50 Watt CO2 laser for glass, wood, leather and plastic. A fiber laser for metal. And a blast cabinet to finish the job properly.
The Right Tool for the Job
Custom laser engraving on almost any material
The material decides the tool. The CO2 laser handles glass, wood, leather and plastic; the fiber laser marks metal permanently; and for oversized pieces, an old-school CNC cutting plotter produces the stencil for sandblasting.
Most glass work uses two processes rather than one, because a laser alone does not give the finish this shop is willing to hand over.

“Lasered only item leave tiny little lines. Following the laser with sandblasting gives the smoothest most elegant finish”
On why glass gets both processes
Pricing is always all-inclusive for the completed project, and there is never a charge for the proofs — however many versions it takes to get the size and font right.

What you need to know
Epilog 50W CO2 Laser
The workhorse. Glass, wood, leather and plastic, with detail fine enough for small lettering and logo linework.
Fiber Laser for Metal
Permanent marking on stainless, coated steel and powder-coated surfaces where a CO2 laser cannot bite.
Sandblast Finishing
Follows the laser on glass to remove the fine lines it leaves and produce a smooth, frosted, even surface.
CNC Plotter Stencils
For pieces too large for the cabinet. Vector artwork becomes a cut stencil at any size required.
